As a Tokenization Specialist, you will design and implement strategies to convert traditional assets into blockchain-based tokens for institutional clients.

As a Tokenization Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, structuring, and executing tokenization projects for our institutional partners. From tokenized real estate and private equity to bonds and carbon credits, you'll help lead the digital transformation of asset classes. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant token infrastructure.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading tokenization initiatives from ideation to implementation
• Collaborating with legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure regulatory readiness
• Designing token economic models that align with client goals
• Staying current on token standards, platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana), and market trends
• Educating clients and partners on tokenization opportunities and processes
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (Requirement – no exceptions)
• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior experience in tokenization, blockchain product development, or digital asset structuring
• Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-1400, etc.), and smart contracts
• Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies for institutional clients
