As an Institutional Sales Lead – Digital Assets, you will be responsible for growing our presence across banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and enterprises. Your role is to identify opportunities, pitch our AI-powered crypto analytics platform, and help clients integrate it into their workflows. You'll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and ensure long-term client success.
You will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients interested in crypto adoption
• Pitching and positioning our product offerings to key stakeholders in finance and fintech
• Managing the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting to onboarding and account expansion
• Working closely with product teams to align offerings with market needs
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level meetings
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (Requirement – no exceptions)
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years in B2B or institutional sales (crypto/fintech experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital assets, crypto infrastructure, and institutional workflows
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
