Job Highlights

As a Digital Asset Strategy Lead, you will define and execute the company’s institutional crypto adoption strategy. We are looking for a high-impact individual who understands both traditional finance and emerging blockchain technologies. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product, sales, compliance, and engineering teams to build scalable strategies that deliver measurable impact. This is a leadership role for someone who can turn vision into execution and position our AI-powered analytics platform as a cornerstone for institutional players entering the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Crafting and refining our go-to-market strategy for institutional crypto adoption

• Engaging with key stakeholders across banks, asset managers, and enterprise clients

• Translating industry trends and client needs into actionable business strategies

• Partnering with product and engineering to shape product-market fit for institutional use cases

• Representing the company at industry events, panels, and client meetings to promote digital asset innovation

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, digital asset infrastructure, and institutional finance

• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and adoption in a regulated environment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams

• US Citizen or Green Card holder (Requirement – no exceptions)
