Job Highlights

As our Crypto Compliance Lead, you will design and oversee our compliance framework for digital asset operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and regulators to ensure our products and partnerships meet legal and risk management requirements. Your work will be critical in building trust with institutional clients and unlocking scalable growth in a regulated space.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and maintaining our crypto compliance, KYC/AML, and risk policies

• Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring company readiness

• Collaborating with product and legal teams to launch compliant solutions

• Liaising with regulators, auditors, and institutional clients

• Conducting due diligence, risk assessments, and reporting for crypto operations

Qualifications

• US Citizen or Green Card holder (Requirement – no exceptions)

• Degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field

• 5+ years in compliance or risk, ideally within fintech or digital assets

• Deep understanding of global crypto regulations and AML frameworks

• Strong analytical skills and experience with compliance tools and reporting systems
