Job Highlights

As a Blockchain Product Manager, you will lead the development of digital asset products designed for enterprise and institutional clients. We’re seeking someone with strong product instincts and a deep understanding of blockchain and financial services. You will work with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to launch scalable solutions that solve real-world problems in trading, custody, settlement, and compliance. This role requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a bias for shipping.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Defining product strategy, roadmaps, and features for blockchain-based financial products

• Leading cross-functional teams to bring digital asset products from concept to launch

• Gathering and prioritizing product requirements from clients, market research, and internal teams

• Ensuring regulatory and security compliance throughout the product lifecycle

• Monitoring performance and iterating on products to meet user needs and market demands

Qualifications

• US Citizen or Green Card holder (Requirement – no exceptions)

• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or blockchain

• Strong knowledge of crypto technologies, token standards, and financial infrastructure

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a history of delivering successful products
